Dr. Brauer was an adjunct professor of safety engineering at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for 20 years and a Principal investigator at the US-Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratory in Champaign, Illinois for 20 years. He was also Executive Director of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals for 15 years.
